V. DIRITTI DELL’UTENTE
1. L’art. 13, c. 2 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 elenca i diritti dell’utente.

– the right to obtain confirmation that the updating, rectification, completion, erasure, blocking or anonymisation of data has been notified, including as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected (Art. 7(3)(c) Legislative Decree 196/2003);

4. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) – express consent to use – or on Article 9(2)(a) – express consent to the use of genetic or biometric data, data concerning health, or data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin or political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5. Likewise, in the event of a breach of the rules, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), the authority responsible for supervising data processing in Italy.

VI – TRASFERIMENTO DATI A PAESI EXTRA UE
1. This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union, in particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by Article 45(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
2. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not meet the conditions laid down in Articles 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.
VII. SICUREZZA DATI FORNITI
1. This site processes users' data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
