Roberto Andò. After taking part in the first edition of the NTFI with the beautiful Proprio come se nulla fosse accaduto, staged at the Darsena Acton, Roberto Andò returns to the Napoli Teatro Festival Italia 2017 with two shows in the historic setting of the Maschio Angioino.

A fugue on judgement, on the anguished and futile claim of the law to pursue and pin down in rules the tumultuous renewal of life and experience. A show-installation in two parts in which, besides the triad that officiates over the mystery of the trial – the lawyer, the judge and the prosecutor – we find victims and their executioners, but also figures such as Christ, Pilate, Socrates, Voltaire and a gorilla. The voice of a murderer alternates with that of a jurist, both searching the senseless, labyrinthine folds of existence as a legal form. An indictment without appeal on the meaning of the trial.

Un ringraziamento speciale to Professor Filippo Satta, a Patrick Guinand, a Christiane Schneider, a Michelle Gagliardi.
